As Scotland’s largest indoor & outdoor venue, the Royal Highland Centre plays host to over 250 events annually.

Attracting over one million visitors each year, the Royal Highland Centre offers versatility for event owners, with over 18,000m² covered exhibition space, a substantial outdoor area including 110-acres of parkland, main arena, track area, countryside area and parking for 20,000 vehicles.

In it’s first year The Scottish Pet Show will take place within the 8,526 square metre Highland Hall.

With views overlooking the Royal Highland Centre’s parkland in one direction and views back into the main hall in the other, the first floor has six meeting rooms and an open foyer area capable of hosting it’s own smaller events.

A restaurant, coffee lounge, toilets, and changing facilities are available on the ground floor and air conditioning and wi-fi is available throughout.

The Royal Highland Centre sits off Glasgow Road (A8) between Newbridge roundabout and the A8/airport roundabout, one of the main routes to the city. Access to the Royal Highland Centre is from A8/Airport roundabout on to Eastfield Road. From there signposts provide directions to the venue along Fairview Road onto Ingliston Road.

By Tram

By Bus

From Edinburgh, Lothian Buses run regular services including the 48, 35 and the Airport Express (100). All buses run regularly and drop-off close to the Royal Highland Centre.

The Stagecoach Jet747 bus service from Fife will drop visitors off outside the Royal Highland Centre.

The Royal Highland Centre is situated adjacent to Edinburgh Airport. Over 180 flights connect Edinburgh to the rest of the UK and Europe each day and the Royal Highland Centre is just a ten-minute walk from the airport.
